Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)]. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded BT483 xenograft, using Laminin gamma 2(107-11091) antibody at 1:250 dilution.

Laminin gamma 2 antibody detects Laminin gamma 2 protein by Western blot analysis.
