Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Pleckstrin antibody [C2C3], C-term detects PLEK protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in -20? 100% MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PLEK protein stained by Pleckstrin antibody [C2C3], C-term (107-10609) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
