Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)]. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
PRPF39 antibody detects PRPF39 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and PRPF39-transfected (+, including Flag-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRPF39 antibody (107-10501) diluted by 1:5000.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Cal27 xenograft , using PRPF39(107-10501) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
