Introduction

Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. Arginyl-tRNA synthetase belongs to the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family. [provided by RefSeq].

RARS Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-10931) western blot analysis in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the RARS antibody detected the RARS protein (arrow).
RARS Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-10931)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of RARS Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of RARS Antibody (C-term)(Cat# 102-10931) with MCF-7 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
RARS Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-10931) flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
