Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
ROCK1 antibody immunoprecipitates ROCK1 protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: A431 whole cell lysate/extract A : Control with 3 ?g of pre-immune rabbit IgG B : Immunoprecipitation of ROCK1 by 3 ?g of ROCK1 antibody (107-11050) 5% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated ROCK1 protein was detected by ROCK1 antibody (107-11050) diluted at 1 : 1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) was used as a secondary reagent.
