Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:1000-1:10000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using SUCLG2(107-10660) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

SUCLG2 antibody detects SUCLG2 protein at cytosol on hepatoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded hepatoma.
SUCLG2 antibody (107-10660) dilution: 1:500.
