Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Sample: SKNSH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: WNT10A protein stained by WNT10A antibody [N1C1-2] (107-10957) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
