Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:100-1:500. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed A431, using ZNF143(107-10343) antibody at 1:500 dilution.

ZNF143 antibody immunoprecipitates ZNF143 protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: 293T whole cell lysate/extract A. Control with 2 µg of preimmune rabbit IgG B. Immunoprecipitation of ZNF143 protein by 2 µg of ZNF143 antibody 7.5% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated ZNF143 protein was detected by ZNF143 antibody diluted at 1:1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
