Introduction
Transcriptional coactivator for steroid receptors and nuclear receptors. Coactivator of the steroid binding domain (AF- 2) but not of the modulating N-terminal domain (AF-1). Required with NCOA1 to control energy balance between white and brown adipose tissues.

Western blot analysis of lysates from human liver, mouse liver tissue lysate (from left to right), using NCOA2 Antibody (C-term)(Cat. #102-24169). 102-24169 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane.
