Introduction
Receptor for neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). This is a tyrosine- protein kinase receptor. Known substrates for the trk receptors are SHC1, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms do not have identical signaling properties.

Flow cytometric analysis of NIH-3T3 cells using NTRK3 Antibody (Center)(green, Cat#102-24219) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). 102-24219 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
