We use Rat Serum for our ELISAs and it gives accurate and consistent results when compared across replicate samples (both within a single kit and across kits).

We tested rat serum and kit was very easy to use. Kit manual gives step by step instructions, so it is very easy to use.

Rat BDNF ELISA worked very well with good sensitivity for plasma. The only complaint I have is kit components were a little confusing as labeled at first.
