Recombinant Renilla Luciferase Protein
Recombinant Renilla Luciferase Protein
The enzyme and the appropriate substrate (Coelenterazine) were used to validate a mock workflow of luminescence on a prototype device being developed. The enzyme + subtrate were mixed in a 96 well plate and the luminescence was measured using a Retiga E9 camera. We had no issues with the stability of the enzyme or substrate. Highly recommended.
