We infect FRhK cells with RSV Long Strain and propagate the virus in the cells. The virus is harvested from the cells, clarified, formulated (concentrated and buffer exchanged), and inactivated by UV. The inactivated antigen is tested for residual infectivity prior to releasing the product.

The product is mainly RSV protein and nucleic acid. It does contain some FRhk cell host cell protein.

Store at ≤-65^°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
