This product is a 2X premixed reagent specifically designed for real-time PCR using the SYBR Green I intercalating dye method. The mix features double-sealed HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, combined with a specific dual-cation buffer and various enhancers to improve specificity and reduce primer dimer formation, resulting in more accurate and reliable results. This product contains a universal ROX reference dye, making it compatible with all qPCR instruments. No ROX concentration adjustment is necessary for different instruments; simply add primers and template to the reaction mixture for amplification.

Storage/Stability
Store at -20°C, protected from light. Before use, thaw completely and mix thoroughly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Stable for 12 months if stored properly.
