Description
CD2 is a transmembrane glycoprotein which is expressed on thymocytes, T lymphocytes, NK cells, and thymic B cell subsets. The main ligand for CD2 is CD58 and has a critical role in T cell activation, T cell signaling, and cell-cell adhesion.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
