Human Inflammation Array C3
Human Inflammation Array C3
I have used culture supernatants from human tumor cell lines. The assay worked and is easy to follow the protocol.
Review by PAbhi, from University of Louisville, on Feb 9, 2026
Instructions were incredibly easy to follow. Used for M1 and M2 macrophages with different stimuli.
Review by Nicky, from UMBC, on Apr 30, 2025
I have used culture supernatants from human MDMs infected with HIV and treated with drugs of abuse Fentanyl. Also, I have used brain samples from humanized mice infected with HIV and treated with Fentanyl. The assay worked as expected and is easy to follow the protocol.
