Human TGF-beta 1 ELISA Kit Standard Curve
This kit works great! It's very easy to use, even for those with limited experience in ELISA. The protocol is clearly detailed and easy to follow, which makes the workflow smooth and efficient. One of the best features is the included Excel sheet for data analysis, which greatly simplifies result calculation and interpretation. Overall, this is a reliable and well-designed kit. 100% recommended!

Used it to analyze hTGFB1 concentration in human serum. Very easy to use with clear protocol and worked well.

The quality of kit is very good. I have used it for culture supernatant. Company also provides excel sheet for calculation.

I used it for characterizing monocytes derived macrophages M1 vs M2 from human monocytes as well as cell line. Works great, only thing is we need to activate TGF-B by heat or acid

Used it to analyze hTGFB1 concentration in cells. Very easy to use and worked well.

Used it for cell culture media from prostate epithelial cells and fibroblasts as part of a cytokine panel with other kits. Of note, this uses a different assay diluent (E2) than other ELISA kits in step 5 and 7. Assay worked well.

I used this ELISA to look for TGFbeta in media collected after LPS stimulation of THP-1 cells. Very easy to use kit. The only complaint is that solutions necessary for TGFb activation are not included, and not listed in the manual (in the section additional materials). Only midway through the sample preparation, there is a description of activation step.

Useful in measuring hTGFB1 concentration for nanoparticle incorporation of growth factors. ELISA kit instructions were easy to follow and had a high sensitivity which is necessary in specific essays like this.

I used it for human corneal epithelial cell culture supernatant under induced conditions and tested various treatments. It is very important to ensure that it's very high sensitivity and this product was very useful.
