Great productPlasma was diluted 2-fold. Did not detect MIS in control samples but did detect in a few experimental plasma samples. Urine was diluted 2-fold. Did not detect MIS in control or experimental samples. There was no urine matrix effect observed either.Kit did not work for our sample types, likely due to extremely low concentrations rather than the functionality of the kit.
