Serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant are standard. Using samples you provide, we can also validate assays in other matrices, such as CSF, urine, saliva, cell and tissue lysates, and exosomes.
Validation includes spike-recovery and dilution linearity in your matrix. Recovery typically falls within 80-130%.
Typical timeline: 4-7 weeks when validated antibody pairs already exist, longer when new antibodies are needed. Custom development is best suited to larger projects, and we’ll tell you up front whether yours is a fit.
