I obtained some good results using the kit with samples of frozen lymph nodes from mice with breast cancer, the practical guide to follow gave me a new option for data analysis, and the changes found between the control group and the treated group were not many, but I believe that what I obtained could be used in a good way.

We compared the MAPK expression patterns in untreated and doxorubicin-treated mouse hearts. Heart muscle tissue extract were assayed at mid-range protein amounts loaded.

These arrays are what I was looking for. They are easy to use, very clean membranes with super sharp results. These arrays are a great second step for large scale analysis such RNAseq.
