RayBiotech’s AAH-BLG-1 was used to profile cytokines secreted by fibroblasts cocultured with control or KCTD4-overexpressing esophageal cancer cells, identifying elevated pro-metastatic factors associated with tumor–stromal crosstalk.Figure adapted from Zheng et al., Acta PharmaceuticaSinica B, 2023. RayBiotech’s Human L507 Array, Glass Slide (Cat# AAH-BLG-1) was used to detect basic calcium phosphate (BCP)-induced cytokine changes in osteoarthritic chondrocyte secretomes. Figure adapted from Stassen et al., Osteoarthritis and Cartilage, 2023. RayBiotech’s Human L507 Array, Glass Slide (Cat# AAH-BLG-1) was used to identify DNA damage-induced cytokines in bone marrow stromal cells, highlighting FGF10 as the most upregulated factor. Figure adapted from Yu et al., Journal of Biological Chemistry, 2023. RayBiotech’s Human L507 Array, Glass Slide (Cat# AAH-BLG-1) was used to profile tear cytokines in Sjögren’s syndrome, revealing widespread dysregulation of inflammatory proteins. Figure adapted from Yoon et al., Translational Vision Science & Technology, 2023. RayBiotech’s Human L507 Array, Glass Slide (Cat# AAH-BLG-1) was used to profile secreted cytokines in tumor-derived endothelial cells, revealing AXL-associated inflammatory signals in hepatocellular carcinoma. Figure adapted from Chai et al., Frontiers in Oncology, 2021.

Storage/Stability
For best results, store the entire kit frozen at -20°C upon arrival. Stored frozen, the kit will be stable for at least 6 months which is the duration of the product warranty period. Once thawed, store array slide(s) at -20°C and all other reagents undiluted at 4°C for no more than 3 months.

Array worked very well. I used the 4 sample set, followed the directions, and obtained very usable results. That said, the array is still finicky. The results obtained from each sample spot has a relatively large variation, and many of the spots have tails. However, the results don't seem to change, whether or not you include the tails in the quantification. The individual spots on the array could be controlled/printed better.
