We used this for a bridging study with another vendor. We liked it so much that we bought 4 more kits to complete analysis on almost 252 samples + Used it for serum samples.

We used it to measure the IGF-I in the supernatant of rat progenitor cells but it did not seem to work. The standard protein was able to reveal color change and fluorescence reading in proportion to the amount of protein added in, but not the experimental protein.
