Human FABP8/M-FABP ELISA Kit
Human FABP8/M-FABP ELISA Kit
I used this ELISA kit to measure human FABP8 in serum samples from healthy human donors (n = 8, dilution factor 2, 4, and 8). The standard curve produced a good fit. It is not sensitive to detect FABP8/PMP2 in these serum samples, and it is clearly acknowledged in the manual.
