Human Dopa Decarboxylase ELISA Kit
Well optimized ELISA. I used it both for in vitro (cell extracts from HT1080 cells transduced with AAV2-AADC) and in vivo (rat brains - striatum injected with AAV2-AADC) studies. Both samples (cell and brain extracts were lysed in 0.25 M sucrose). Good standard curves: R2> 0.988
