AIDzol is an upgraded version of traditional Trizol, eliminating the need for chloroform. It is widely applicable for extracting total RNA from various animal tissues, plant materials, cultured cells, bacteria, etc. Compared with the traditional Trizol extraction method, this product does not require chloroform for phase separation, making the operation simpler and can be performed entirely at room temperature. AIDzol also has stronger DNA removal capabilities than traditional Trizol, resulting in DNA-free RNA that can be used directly for downstream experiments without DNase digestion. This product utilizes a spin column technology with multiple washing steps to remove impurities, simplifying the procedure and maximizing RNA purity.

• Deproteinization Solution
• Wash Buffer
• RNase-free H₂O
• Spin Column and Collection Tubes

1. Prepare sample and homogenize in AIDzol Reagent.
2. Add water to lysate, mix, and incubate briefly.
3. Centrifuge to separate phases; transfer upper aqueous phase.
4. Add ethanol to the aqueous phase and mix.
5. Load mixture onto spin column; centrifuge and discard supernatant.
6. Add Deproteinization Solution; centrifuge and discard supernatant.
7. Add Wash Buffer; centrifuge and discard supernatant.
8. Centrifuge again to remove residual wash solution.
9. Elute RNA with RNase-free water into a new tube.

Store AIDzol Reagent at 4°C and rest of kit components at room temperature. Stable for 12 months if stored properly.
