Need to pay extra attention to the instructions as the solution preparations are somehow different from all ELISA kits I have used before.

We’ve been using this ELISA kit for a long time, and it has consistently delivered reliable results. The key is to thoroughly read and follow the instructions, as it’s a more complex ELISA compared to standard kits. Once you understand the workflow, the assay performs smoothly and reproducibly. Overall, a solid and dependable kit for detailed quantitative analysis.

This kit worked well with serum from 3 different species. The instructions can be a bit confusing so make sure to read them over carefully. Have used this kit several times and results are reproducible.

The kit is great, works very well with human serum which is what I am analyzing. Read instructions very carefully, does have some steps different than any ELISA kit I've used before and the instructions for making up the standards could be clarified some (notate to not put the 450ul of buffer in the highest concentration tube at the beginning of the sentence, not the end) but otherwise a very nice ELISA kit.
