Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using AIMP1(107-10515) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled at 1:2000.

AIMP1 antibody detects SCYE1 protein at cytosol on H1299 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded H1299 xenograft.
AIMP1 antibody (107-10515) dilution: 1:500.
