Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:1000-1:10000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IHC-P: 1-100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed A431, using alpha SNAP(107-10633) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

alpha SNAP antibody [N2C3] detects alpha SNAP protein at cytosol on mouse lung by immunohistochemical analysis.
