Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Tonsil, plasma cells, using beta A4 Amyloid(107-10255) antibody(10 µg/ml).
beta Amyloid antibody [C2C3], C-term detects APP protein at cytoplasm by confocal immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: APP protein stained by beta Amyloid antibody [C2C3], C-term (107-10255) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
