Description
A uridine derivative and a structural analog of thymine, BrdU can be incorporated into DNA during the S phase of the cell cycle. Cells labeled with BrdU can be analyzed with anti-BrdU antibodies to quantify how many cells are in the S phase at a given time.
Storage / Stability
Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
