Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on dog IgG but not with the light chains on most dog immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but with antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Store at 2-8 °C until opened. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use.
