	Western blot analysis of lysates from 293,Neuro-2a cell line and mouse liver tissue (from left to right),using CCDC36 Antibody (C-term)(Cat# 102-11234).102-11234 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.Lysates at 35ug per lane.
	CCDC36 Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-11234)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human esophageal carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of CCDC36 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
	Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of CCDC36 Antibody (C-term)(Cat# 102-11234) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
