Description
Specificity
This product binds specifically to the leucocyte low affinity Fc receptor (Fc RIII), also known as CD16. The antigen is expressed by neutrophils, NK cells, K cells and a subpopulation of macrophages. It recognizes a 50-70 kD leucocyte surface antigen.
Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C for one month or at -20 °C for longer.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
