This antigen, considered to be specific for the myeloid lineage, has also been reported to be present on cells of lymphoid origin. Using This product the CD33 protein immunoprecipitated from myeloid cells is approximately 75kDa in size. For lymphoid cells, a smaller protein of approximately 67kDa has been observed. |
