CD45 is expressed by all hematopoietic cells bar erythrocytes, with higher expression characteristically on lymphocytes than that observed on granulocytes. This product is routinely tested on human peripheral blood leucocytes in flow cytometry, and can be used to detect all human CD45 isoforms. |

Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
