The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 150 kDa. CD49d antigen is the integrin alpha-4 chain non covalently associated with the integrin beta-1-chain (CD29 molecule) forming the VLA4 complex. Reacts with monocytes, T cells, B cells, thymocytes and Langerhans cells.

Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. DO NOT FREEZE! The addition of 0.1% (w/v) sodium azide is recommended for storage up to one month at 2-8°C.
