Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:1000-1:10000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed U2OS, using CDCA1(107-10934) antibody (Geen) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled at 1:2000.
