Description

Introduction

CRHR2 is a receptor for corticotropin releasing factor. It Shows high-affinity CRF binding. Also binds to urocortin I, II and III. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase.

Western blot analysis of CRHR2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat# 102-16937) in NIH-3T3 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CRHR2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
CRHR2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat# 102-16937) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the CRHR2 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
CRHR2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat# 102-16937) flow cytometry analysis of K562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
