Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000[suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

DAP5 antibody detects EIF4G2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: EIF4G2 protein stained by DAP5 antibody (107-10280) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Skeletal Muscle , using DAP5(107-10280) antibody(10 µg/ml).
