Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using DYNC1I2(107-11024) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

DYNC1I2 antibody detects DYNC1I2 protein at cytosol on mouse hind brain by immunohistochemical analysis.
