Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
EIF3K antibody [N1C2] detects EIF3K protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: EIF3K protein stained by EIF3K antibody [N1C2] (107-10308) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
