Western blot analysis of EPS8L3 Antibody (N-term) (Cat# 102-17008) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). EPS8L3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
EPS8L3 Antibody (N-term) (Cat# 102-17008) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the EPS8L3 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
EPS8L3 Antibody (N-term) (Cat# 102-17008) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
