Description

Introduction

ERO1LB is essential oxidoreductase that oxidizes proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum to produce disulfide bonds. ERO1LB acts by oxidizing directly P4HB/PDI isomerase through a direct disulfide exchange. ERO1LB does not act as a direct oxidant of folding substrate, but relies on P4HB/PDI to transfer oxidizing equivalent.

ERO1LB Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-16437) western blot analysis in MDA-MB435 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).   This demonstrates the ERO1LB antibody detected the ERO1LB protein (arrow).
ERO1LB Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-16437) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse testis tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the ERO1LB Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
ERO1LB Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-16437) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB435 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
