Description

Introduction

Fascin organizes filamentous actin into bundles with a minimum of 4.1:1 actin/fascin ratio. It is probably involved in the assembly of actin filament bundles present in microspikes, membrane ruffles, and stress fibers.

Western blot analysis of Fascin Antibody (Center) (Cat# 102-16916) in Y79 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). Fascin (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma with Fascin Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H292 cells using Fascin Antibody (Center)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
