Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:2000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using Fatty Acid Synthase(107-10915) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled at 1:2000.

Fatty Acid Synthase antibody [N1N2], N-term detects Fatty Acid Synthase protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Fatty Acid Synthase protein stained by Fatty Acid Synthase antibody [N1N2], N-term (107-10915) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
