Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:500-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunoprecipitation of Glucocorticoid Receptor beta protein by 2.5 µg of Glucocorticoid Receptor beta antibody (107-10245) 7.5% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated Glucocorticoid Receptor beta protein was detected by SCMH1 antibody (107-10245) diluted at 1:1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
