Description
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), also known as follicle-stimulating hormonereleasing hormone (FSH-RH), luteinizing hormonereleasing hormone (LHRH), gonadoliberin, and luliberin in its endogenous form and as gonadorelin (INN) in its pharmaceutical form, is a releasing hormone responsible for the release of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) from the anterior pituitary. GnRH is a tropic peptide hormone synthesized and released from GnRH neurons within thehypothalamus. The peptide belongs to gonadotropin-releasing hormone family. It constitutes the initial step in the hypothalamicpituitarygonadal axis.
Storage
The antibody is stable for at least 1 year from the date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -70°C. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored at 4°C for 1 month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer for many months without detectable loss activity. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
