| Specificity | This product recognizes human HLA-G, a non-classical major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule. HLA-G expression is restricted to trophoblast cells and some medullary thymic epithelial cells. Several isoforms of the HLA-G molecule exist, which include the membrane bound isoforms HLA-G1 ❏❏ G4 and soluble isoforms HLA-G5 ❏❏ G7. This antibody recognizes surface expressed native HLA-G1, when associated with beta 2 microglobulin, but not does recognize the isoforms HLA-G2, G3 and G4. This product has also been reported to recognize the soluble isoform HLA-G5. |

Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
