Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000.IHC-Fr:Assay dependent. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

HSD11B1 antibody detects HSD11B1 protein at cytosol on hepatoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded hepatoma.
HSD11B1 antibody (107-10466) dilution: 1:500.

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using HSD11B1(107-10466) antibody at 1:200 dilution.
