Description
CD151 is a member of the tetraspanin family and is expressed by endothelium, epithelia, megakaryocytes, and platelets. Like others in this family, CD151 is made up of two extracellular loops, four transmembrane domains, and two cytoplasmic tails. CD151 has an effect on cell adhesion, migration, and tumor cell metastasis.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
